Compensation Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually + commission eligibility (This represents the expected compensation range for this role.)

Summary of Role We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to grow and manage Federal Government and private sector accounts. You’ll build relationships, secure new business, and partner closely with our Recruitment and Proposal teams to deliver winning staffing and consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships
Develop new business opportunities aligned to NFR’s staffing and consulting services
Prospect through networking, referrals, outreach, and market research
Conduct calls, emails, and social engagement to connect with potential clients
Take and qualify job orders to ensure clear requirements and expectations
Collaborate closely with Recruitment and Proposal teams to deliver competitive solutions
Support development of contracting vehicles and Statements of Work
Act as a subject matter expert on Federal procurement vehicles and contracting processes
Manage RFPs, supply arrangements, and procurement opportunities
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records
Deliver exceptional client service and add value in every interaction
Contribute to continuous improvement and team success
Requirements Must Haves
Experience selling into the Federal Government
Experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services environments
Strong knowledge of government procurement vehicles (TBIPS, SBIPS, ProServices, etc.)
Demonstrated experience with corporate procurement and supply arrangements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of government procurement terminology and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible for Reliability level Federal Security Clearance (generally requires 5 years of residence in Canada)
Eligibility:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Language:
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in French is considered an asset
Nice to Haves
Experience in IT staffing or consulting services
Familiarity with AI or modern sales enablement tools
Use of Artificial Intelligence
