RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the configuration and deployment of the following Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud modules:
- Supplier Qualification Management
- Supplier Portal
- Procurement Contracts
- Sourcing and Self-Service Procurement
- Item and Inventory Management
Design and implement a standardized contract intake and triage process to improve compliance and speed of execution.
Build ESG and third-party risk considerations into our supplier onboarding and qualification processes
Support the creation of vendor segmentation, risk scoring, and risk-based approval workflows
Collaborate with legal and policy stakeholders to align Oracle processes with procurement governance, auditability, and public sector compliance
Contribute to testing (SIT, UAT), training, and go-live readiness activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud
Strong functional knowledge of:
- Supplier onboarding and segmentation
- Contract lifecycle management and intake
- Risk-based sourcing and ESG-related supplier metrics
Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation with Cloud Procurement & Inventory modules.
Ability to translate business needs into configuration and workflow
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Certifications:
- Oracle Cloud Procurement Certification (preferred).
Other preferred requirements:
- Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
- Familiarity with Canadian public procurement frameworks
- Integration experience with ESG and third-party risk systems
Experience working in an ERP environment SAP, Oracle and Workday experience will be considered an asset.
