RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the end-to-end implementation and administration of the Dynatrace platform across cloud and on-prem environments.

Configure application monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, user experience tracking, synthetic monitoring, and log analytics.

Define best practices for Dynatrace usage, tagging strategy, dashboard development, and alerting policies.

Collaborate with application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines and IT operations.

Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues across applications, services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Create custom dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs, SLAs, and real-time system health.

Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.

Maintain Dynatrace licensing, updates, and documentation.

Provide expert input on performance optimization and application architecture based on monitoring data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
5+ years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) with at least 2+ years as a Dynatrace SME.

Strong knowledge of Dynatrace components: OneAgent, Smartscape, PurePath, Davis AI, Synthetic, and RUM.

Experience integrating Dynatrace with tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Jira, or CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).

Proficiency in monitoring Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, or other common enterprise application stacks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift).

Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
