RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and administration of the Dynatrace platform across cloud and on-prem environments.

• Configure application monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, user experience tracking, synthetic monitoring, and log analytics.

• Define best practices for Dynatrace usage, tagging strategy, dashboard development, and alerting policies.

• Collaborate with application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines and IT operations.

• Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues across applications, services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

• Create custom dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs, SLAs, and real-time system health.

• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.

• Maintain Dynatrace licensing, updates, and documentation.

• Provide expert input on performance optimization and application architecture based on monitoring data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) with at least 2+ years as a Dynatrace SME.

• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace components: OneAgent, Smartscape, PurePath, Davis AI, Synthetic, and RUM.

• Experience integrating Dynatrace with tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Jira, or CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).

• Proficiency in monitoring Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, or other common enterprise application stacks.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift).

• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
