Background: Migrating to Microsoft 365

This two-year strategic project involves the transition from Google Suite to Microsoft 365 for all of the client's employees worldwide. The selected candidate will supervise:
  • A project management team: composed of 2 project managers (PMs).
  • An Organizational Change Management (OCM) team: comprising 4 to 5 members.
  • A global project team: of about 20 people, whose composition can vary depending on the external assistance.
  • A network of regional ambassadors: responsible for facilitating the transition within the different regions.
The main goal is to ensure a smooth and successful transition to Microsoft 365 while minimizing impacts on day-to-day operations and maximizing employee adoption.

Main responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio or program of IT projects.
  • Mentor project managers responsible for project management.
  • Responsible for, or supported, the management of the portfolio or program budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Have 8 to 15 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager (PM).
-Have at least 5 years of experience as a program director.
-Have knowledge of Google suite.
-Have good experience in MS 365
-Experience with Agile/ Kanban methodologies
-Have in-depth knowledge of best practices in organizational change management (OCM).
-Have a mastery of presentation techniques and approaches adapted to a program of such magnitude
Assets:      
-Have experience in the Manufacturing field
