RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver superior service in meeting client needs and building relationships
  • Manage the firm’s project management system
  • Provide logistics and project management support for workshops and training, including rapporteur services
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, documents and deliverables
  • Project Manage - including the financial pipeline, prepare monthly invoicing (using QuickBooks), and compile financial reports
  • Manage social media on various platforms
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post-Secondary Education in a related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
  • Experience in a similar Client Service or Administrative type role 
  • Superior writing skills in English
  • Excellent abilities in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively in meeting deadlines, independently and with limited supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and client service abilities
