 RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work on problem analysis and network administration
  • Communicate on problem status
  • Help end users ensure problem resolution
  • Enter information into ticketing systems
     
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 – 5 years in a technical support environment
  • Experience working with MS Suite of products
  • Experience working with Active Directory
  • Experience working with MS Exchange
  • Previous experience troubleshooting on Servers
  • Must be Fluently bilingual (French / English)
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check
