  • Provide technical Advice and Guidance to end users
  • Perform network incident reports and problem analysis in order to respond to user requests
  • 2+ years with Windows 2008 Server or higher
  • 2+ years with Active Directory / GPOs
  • 2+ years with MS Exchange 2007 or higher
  • 2+ years with VMWARE 5.0 or later
  • 2+ years configuring switches and routers
  • Knowledge of VEEAM backup configuration is a bonus
  • Being previously employed by a MSP is a really big bonus.
  • Must have excellent spoken communication skills (English)
  • French communications skills are a bonus
  • Must be eligible for Government of Canada Secret Clearance
DURATION: Permanent
SALARY: $40,000 / yr
