RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage client requests and respond to any inquiries 
  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Track, read and respond to customer e-mails, providing timely responses
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Must have experience providing Live Chat Support (Email and / or Phone)
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English
  • Must be available to work some weekends on a rotational basis

DURATION: 3 Months + Possible Extension
