  • Document business process/flows and current state of its applications
  • Construct walkthroughs and tailoring technical information to different audiences
  • Solicit and engage client feedback on documentation
  • Initiate and document process improvements
  • Five (5) or more years of experience as a technical writer
  • Hands on experience of developing process flow chart/diagram and document
  • Experience with one or more current industry-standard authoring tools and back-office processes and process mapping
  • Computer literacy with mapping, spreadsheets, word processing and database software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of data and process modelling
DURATION:  1 Year + Possible Extension
