We are searching for a Customer Support Professional for a tech company in the emerging voice space .  Our client is an established company that is in full growth mode and working on exciting voice projects.  The ideal candidate would:

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide Technical Support to clients 
  • Integrate yourself with the entire product line and technologies
  • Be able to communicate the intricacies of voice and messaging applications

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post-secondary education in Consumer Science or a related field;
  • Strong Experience with SQL and .NET environments
  • Great experience working with database queries
  • A basic understanding of Voice Over IP technologies
  • Knowledge of networking and troubleshooting tools
  • Great communication skills
