Change Management Advisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver the Change Management Strategy and Plans in an Agile environment to ensure execution of the changes required to achieve future state outcomes, including impact assessments, documenting risks and barriers with mitigation strategies, identifying key change interventions/activities and supporting the execution of those activities, and identifying critical success measures to ensure the acceptance of change.
  • Liaise with HR partners, business leads and project sponsors for ensure change is represented and understood and embedded in project plans

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 7-10 yrs. experience in the practice of Change Management
  • Significant experience implementing Agile projects
  • Agile certification is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Strong knowledge of change leadership research and behaviors
  • Change management certification or designation 
  • Demonstrated expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Exceptional communication skills, including a proven track record in developing and conducting interviews, focus groups, and presentations
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Must have Government of Canada Enhanced clearance
 
DURATION:  6 Months + Possible Extension
