RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provided on-site/deskside support to users
  • Supporting hardware, software and operating system issues in a Windows and Microsoft environment
  • Help to create new User accounts
  • Make changes to existing user accounts and delete user accounts
  • Complete the established segregation of duties procedures before assigning system access to users

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Successful completion of additional courses in computer science or related field, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Phone Support / Remote Support / Deskside Support
  • Must be comfortable providing support in a Windows Environment (Office 2010 and 2013)
  • Previous Ticket Tracking System experience
  • Must hold, as a minimum, a valid “GoC “Enhanced Reliability” Security Clearance
  • Experience with RDIMS is a Nice to have
  • Bilingualism is a must have.
 
DURATION: 8 Weeks + Possible Extension
