  • Help to with ticketing issues and escalations
  • Assist with Remote and Onsite troubleshooting with Windows Servers, Exchange Servers, routers, switches
  • Escalate service requests where required
  • Keep customers up to date with respect to progress of incidents

  • 3 + years in a Support role supporting over 50 users
  • Experience working with MSP (Managed Services Provider)
  • 3 + years with Active Directory and Exchange 2013
  • 3 + years or Network and Routing Experience
  • 3 + years with Office 365 Administration
