We are searching for an experienced human resources professional for a bilingual client in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. Our client is a thriving construction business that is looking for an individual to help recruit, hire, train and strategize on boarding and training.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting to the President, the Senior Human Resources Manager will have a solid understanding of HR from the ‘ground up’ to align with the company’s HR activities and its strategic priorities.
- The individual will for the Company’s recruiting, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and legal compliance mandates.
- They will be a coach, mentor and an influential liaison between senior management and all employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7 to 10 years demonstrated experience in a Human Resources management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration – CHRP or a Master’s Degree is an Asset.
- Ability to understand multiple disciplines across Human Resources.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory
