RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage a remote team of analytics professionals
  • Manage the development, implementation of CRM based criteria
  • Responsible for developing the client’s lifecycle product strategy
  • Develop and implement targeted campaigns
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience working with SAP CRM
  • Experience with making recommendations, providing direction, strategy and execution with regards to the SAP CRM
  • Experience in managing a remote team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
