  • Phone support to Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues
  • Logging tickets and calls and assessing priority issues
  • Install, configure and support applications: MS Office Suite, Email Clients, anti-virus software
  • Diagnosing and Repairing computers
  • MS Suite Software and retail application administration
  • Provide strong interpersonal skills for user support
  • Preparing reports from ticketing system
  • 3 – 5 years of IT Technical support experience
  • IT Related post-secondary diploma
  • Strong understanding of MS Operating system and standard application software
  • Able to display strong customer service support and have a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong troubleshooting, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, Written and verbal in both official languages
  • Ability to communication in both technical and non-technical environments
  • Technical Certifications are an asset
  • Knowledge of MAC OS is an asset
  • Point of Sale and retail support is an asset
