Project Executive - Level 3

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee project quality (designs, test results, etc.) 

  • Ensure appropriate project documentation is capture in GDOCS or other appropriate document libraries 

  • Conduct other tasks as determined and agreed to by client and consultant 

  • Participate in planning, governance, and operational meetings 

  • Assist in development of high-level approaches to project portfolio, including people, process, 
technology impacts 

  • Assist in risk planning including advising on mitigation strategies 

  • Assist in development of communications plans both internally to Strategy Team and external to 
stakeholders and senior/executive leadership 

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completion of a University Level Degree from an accredited institution (must provide a copy)
  • 5-10 years as a Project Executive providing management consulting in a strategic advisor role.
  • Experience where project stakeholders included PSPC (formerly PWGSC), Treasury Board and Shared Services Canada.
  • Experience providing strategic oversight and guidance to senior executives. Senior Executives are defined as Assistant Deputy Minister, Deputy Minister, Vice President or C-suite.
  • Experience wherein the system being developed included multiple (at least one) technology interface(s) to the Phoenix pay system.
