Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site technical support for various senior Executives for PCO and the prime minister's office.
- Supporting computers, mobile devices, network peripherals and troubleshooting on-site.
- Escalating any technical issues that cannot be resolved.
- Updating the internal knowledge base and technical support documentation.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of technical support experience;
- Secret clearance
- fluently bilingual 
- Experience support senior level Executives
- Experience supporting MS Office Suites, Blackberry or other mobile devices, network connectivity, general windows OS support
