Responsibilties
  • Recruit, hire & train tour guides, captains, location-based salespeople and barstaff
  • Manage all aspects of daily operations - cruise sales, boat upkeep, staffing
  • Manage various sales kiosks in the Ottawa area
  • Maintain strong internal controls for payment collections at the payment receipt location level and safeguarding against loss.
  • Annually, review local cash handling procedures and update as needed. 
  • Monitor cash receipting functions.
  • Authorise various transactions, such as refunds, voids, and cash drawer reconciliations
Qualifications
  • Bilingualism (French/Englsh) is necessary
  • 3+ years in managing employees
  • University/College diploma preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience in hospitality is an asset
  • Self-motivated and driven
