Job Description

This position requires the candidate to manage a proactive onboarding and software subscription renewal process, provide webinar training/sales presentations, CRM upkeep, provide cloud support to our outside sales team and to be an overall resident cloud expert.

  • Implement a proactive onboarding subscription renewal process
  • Manage all existing and future cloud subscriptions
  • Update salesforce CRM daily
  • Provide cloud webinar presentations to potential customers
  • Work through existing customer base and upgrade them to connect via the cloud  
  • Provide training to our sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing department to expand our presence in the market as a cloud based solution provider
  • Generate monthly sales reports to be submitted to management
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
  • Evaluate customer needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Monitor competition and recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Address customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making suggestions to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • 3+ years in sales/customer support - IT/Tech industry 
  • Proven track record of over-achieving targets
  • Experience working with CRM (salesforce or similar ) a requirement  
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Microsoft office competency
  • Experience in government sales an asset
  • Experience in ITS industry and asset
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • University/College diploma preferred or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Bilingual (French/English) an asset but not required
