QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified ScrumMaster / Professional (CSM or CSP)

• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience working as ScrumMaster and leading multiple Operational IT Scrum Teams

• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience with working in an operational environment (Patching, Service Request, Incidents)
