VTC Network Support Specialists

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer, maintain and support VTC equipment.
- Administer, maintain, and support convergence of Cisco VoIP and Cisco VTC technologies.
- Provide Level 1 support on VTC systems.
- Perform Regular Scheduled Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services
- Perform complete functionality checks on Audio Visual (AV) and control systems.
- 1 year experience with Cisco networking specifically Video Teleconferencing.
- Experience with back-end development of Cisco Networks.
- Experience with supporting networks .
- Secret Clearance
