RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet with the Technical Authority and subject-matter experts to familiarize themselves with the organizational context, project scope, constraints and timelines;
• Review and understand the background information and relevant documentation provided by the Technical Authority;
• Building on best practices in human resources, provide advice on the various project activities and deliverables;
• Actively participate in and assist the project team with the completion of the various project activities and deliverables;

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience within the last ten years providing advice in at least two competency areas of human resources.
• Experience within the last ten years developing a bank of assessment tools and/or questions.
• Experience within the last ten years developing tool kits, guides and/or coaching material.
• Experience within the last 15 years developing career pathways, career development programs and/or retention programs.
• Bilingual
• Relevant HR Certification
• Government Enhanced Reliability Clearance

• 9 months
