RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide on-site technical support for internal stakeholders 
• Supporting computers, mobile devices, network peripherals and troubleshooting on-site
• Escalating any technical issues that cannot be resolved
• Updating the internal knowledge base and technical support documentation

 
 SENIOR EXPERIENCE:

• 3 + years of experience working in IT Operations in a data centre environment
• 3 + years of experience in server or network system monitoring
• 3 + years of experience in using incident management and change management processes including inputting or updating information into event, incident, and change management systems
• Preferably Bilingual (French / English)
• Must have Government of Canada Secret Clearance

  JUNIOR EXPERIENCE:

• 1 + years of experience working in IT Operations in a data centre environment
• 1 + years of experience in server, or network system monitoring
• 1+ years of experience in using incident management and change management processes including inputting or updating information into event, incident, and change management systems
• Preferably Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
• Must have Government of Canada Secret Clearance

 DURATION:  3 Months + Possible Extension
