Office Admin Assistant

Looking for your next opportunity?! Our Client is currently looking for an Office Admin Assistant to join their team in Ottawa! RESPONSIBILITIES: Aiding correspondence and coordination for the office, such as emails, letters, packages, and phone calls Open work orders in pronto for technicians for field and shop Filing important documents such as reports, invoices, purchase orders, meeting notes, emails, and letters Wip maintenance with the Branch Manager Inventory manager to monitor and order parts and supplies Receive Cardinal Box deliveries Transfer parts to van inventory Overseeing office supplies and services, inventory, including restocking supplies, cleaning and organizing the shop and offices QUALIFICATIONS: Must have 2 years of related experience Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving A team player with a high level of dedication PC Proficiency  Proficient in English (oral and written) French is considered an asset DURATION: Permanent NewFound Recruiting is a Canadian professional services company, headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario and is one of Canada’s leaders in Professional Staffing and Recruiting.
