RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilising ServiceNow (case management tool) to receive and manage requests Checking the information supplied by our customers and sales managers for accuracy Creating a project within project tool (PULSE). Creating Credit Notes within a tool Liaising with the Sales Team and Customers. QUALIFICATIONS: Accuracy and attention to detail is required for this role.
