Sales Coordinator

Looking for your next opportunity?! Our Client is currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their remote team in Ottawa! RESPONSIBILITIES: Sending matrix templates and Level of Effort (LOE) templates to consultants via Gmail and coordinating the receipt of matrix/LOE templates completed by consultants; meeting internal deadlines for obtaining completed templates; accurately filing and labeling documents in Bullhorn; associated material confirmation notes/triggers to cross-functional teams. Sales negotiates the client bill rates and consultant pay rates – entering Rate Notes in Bullhorn, accurately identifying the candidate selected to fill the job order and scoping the total contract dollar value (client bill rate + regional taxes) and submitting the Rate Note to Sales for approval. This task requires high attention to detail, critical thinking, and financial acumen. Managing Amendments to existing Contracts. Preparing Letter of Amendment Proposals, detailing the reason for the change to the existing contract, documenting assumptions in collaboration with consultants on client assignment, revising Rate Notes, ensuring that Placement Records reflect the $-value changes. This task requires expert-level MS Word skills, negotiation skills, and high attention to detail. Contract Administration. Determining contract $-value funds remaining, identifying contracts that will require amendments, negotiating extensions to level of effort tasks with consultants, preparing contract utilization reports for Sales. Placement Management. Ensuring that consultants on new placements are making progress against the timelines in their contracts; identifying when consultants have not submitted their time and expense and facilitating time and expense submissions; escalating related issues to Sales. In collaboration with Senior Management, inform recruitment plans and activities based on an expert understanding of job orders; participate in the creation of creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies; stay informed of key industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques to position the organization as an industry leader. Assist in organizational readiness for networking events and conferences, including event coordination and attendance. QUALIFICATIONS: Post-Secondary Education Existing or an ability to obtain Security clearance 3+ years of direct experience in the consulting industry (temp-help staffing, ICT staffing, management consulting, or financial consulting) 3 + years of direct administrative experience (scheduling, time management, filing, administration) 2+ years preparing reports DURATION: Permanent NewFound Recruiting is a Canadian professional services company, headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario and is one of Canada’s leaders in Professional Staffing and Recruiting.
