RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing incoming requests from clients for professional consultant resources by creating a job order in Bullhorn ATS, determining internal recruitment submission deadlines, and sending related notifications to Sales and Proposals. Building matrix templates (mandatory and rated consultant resource qualification criteria) in response to incoming requests from clients and coordinating with consultant resources to obtain first level drafts of their responses. Adjusting matrix templates based on incoming RFX Amendments. Determining what consultant materials are required to position the candidate as the best fit for the client against the job order (selecting the most relevant version of the consultant CV/Resume, ensuring that consultant’s education/certifications are on file, confirming that consultant Security and PS Agreements are in place). Advising on ‘best fit’ candidate resource selection (for presentation to clients); comparing candidate CV/Resumes against the mandatory/rated job order qualification criteria; working with the candidate to obtain missing information to ready candidates for proposal submission; submitting best-fit candidates to job orders for Sales final selection. This task requires an in-depth understanding of existing consultants and their specific industry and specializations, which can only be learned after having long-term exposure to our business. With a specific focus on hard-to-find candidates in relation to hot job orders (as informed by Monthly Reporting), build networks and recruit new qualified and develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of client requirements. Create job postings for website, LinkedIn, other external sources. Create new candidate profiles in Bullhorn ATS. Screen new candidate CV/Resumes for best-fit against requirements. Conduct candidate screening interviews, author interview notes, create profiles/professional summaries for Sales marketing. Update and maintain the database, building the candidate Hot List, and ensuring that candidates added to the Hot List are classified correctly (title, specialization), that all files are filtered properly, and that candidate availability is continually maintained. In collaboration with Senior Management, develop and implement recruitment plans and activities; participate in the creation of creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies; stay informed of key industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques to position the organization as an industry leader. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor or Certificate in relevant discipline; Certified Professional Recruiter/Certified Human Resources Professional is an asset 3+ years of direct experience in the consulting industry (temp-help staffing, ICT staffing, management consulting, or financial consulting) Ability to obtain Security clearance 3+ years of direct experience with full life cycle recruitment including sourcing, assessing, quantifying/qualifying, interviewing/registering, reference checking, documenting and performing due diligence for new candidates.
