Manage recruitment process
Prepare and maintain all legal contracts related to HR activities
Manage both Canadian and US benefit programs
Ensure Employee Manual is up to date
Prepare various biweekly to yearly reports on HR matters
University Degree or College Diploma
10+ years experience in HR
Mandatory fluency in French and English
Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft/Windows tools
Ability to work independently and in a team
