Manage incoming calls, emails and system alerts
Create tickets and assign to appropriate contact
Create maintenance renewal quotes
Escalate customer satisfaction issues
1+ years experience in customer support/service
Post-secondary diploma in Electronics or IT considered an asset
Fluently Bilingual in French/English
Experience with CRM and ERP systems
Eligible for Security Clearance
DURATION: Permanent, 8 month term
