Human Resources Coordinator (Eng/Fr)

RESPONSIBILITIES Providing support to the General Manager and Operations leadership team Supporting the new hire onboarding Solve HR challenges including questions, minor conflicts, and mentoring / coaching Payroll processing support (update time clock errors) Manage resource allocation and submission of grant applications. Help and support with administrative tasks.  QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of HR and Administrative experience in an organization with more than 30 employees Bachelor's degree in business or HR or equivalent (an asset) Bilingual - English / Français Sense of organization and detail.
