Account Manager

REQUIREMENTS Execute sales and service plans focused on new client acquisition, pro-active servicing and account growth; Selling and servicing current accounts Enhance season seat member experience through pro-active sales and service strategies; Grow existing book of business through referrals, product add-ons, upgrades and cross selling Utilize traditional and non-traditional sales tactics to promote and sell ticket packages to consumers. Including cold calling, email, text and digital strategies; Grow, nurture and convert qualified leads by connecting fans with our various ticketing products; Work closely with Business Intelligence and Digital Marketing teams to accelerate lead generation and increase conversions; Work with a cross departmental team of marketing, business intelligence and digital sales professionals to achieve revenue and fan engagement objectives; Manage customer relationship touch points, sales pipelines and opportunities  QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 Years in a direct sales or relationship management role; Experience with cold calling and face to face selling; Experience in a high-volume sales and services environment; Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities; Analytical thinker with the ability to make data driven decisions to meet changing consumer needs; Highly motivated with a preference to working in a high-paced environment; Bilingual English/French considered an asset.
