RESPONSIBILITIES Support technical service team for VoIP solutions  Respond and troubleshoot to outside customers with the ability to escalate Heavy activity on management of the troubleshoot queue Be available for rotational 24/7 schedule QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years experience in a service environment Strong English Communication - French Communication is an Asset Strong Computer Skills - Windows/Linux, Internet Browsers, Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of IP Networking, VoIP, Telephony and Microsoft Directory Security Clearance required DURATION:  Permanent
