Develop a comprehensive communications strategy and relevant tactics for the RCMP Equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) Strategy.
On and as and when needed basis, craft compelling stories and interesting and effective messages, that are meaningful and accessible to the public in Canada (as relevant) and to employees, about people management modernization plans, objectives, progress and achievement.
Establish a modern Design Framework (look and feel; colour scheme) for people management in the RCMP that will feed into a broader rebranding of the organization.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience developing and executing communications strategies and plans for organizations.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience providing strategic communications services (e.g., speeches, scripts, web content, infographics, messages to employees, etc.) to organizations.
A minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Communications consultant.
