Change Management Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the development of change management strategies and plans to support complex IT and business programs and projects Develop and execute actionable and targeted change management plans, including a communication and engagement plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, risk mitigation plan and resistance management plan Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to change caused by projects and change efforts Develop a clear understanding of the goals of the change program, and the team leading the change, to shape messaging and articulate the value of the change, tailored to the needs of key stakeholders Work with leadership teams and the change management practice to integrate change management activities into the overall project, and departmental plans Engage influential and impacted stakeholders in the development of change management plans, ensuring strategic alignment and meetings stakeholders where they are at. Partner with key stakeholders across the Bank to support the execution of specific engagement strategies and plans Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns Conduct organizational change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and prepare reports • Be an active and visible coach to those participating in the program QUALIFICATIONS 5 years experience in organizational change management, communications and training Demonstrated experience working with scrum teams and delivering change management services in an Agile environment Experience working with data and information programs/projects Agile Certifications would be an asset DURATION:  1-year contract
