Receptionist

RESPONSIBLITIES Answer and act as main point of contact for inbound calls and site visitors. Manage the flow of information to/from contacts, prospects, companies and appropriate resources. Greet visitors with friendly demeanour. Accept and route incoming mail and parcels. Maintain a clean and professional work area and main lobby. Maintain common areas (boardroom, interview areas, etc.). Coordinate with external vendors as required (Fire Protection, merchandise, coffee). QUALIFICATIONS 1+ year of related experience Bilingual with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French Valid Secret level Government of Canada security clearance Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Adept with standard office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, scanner, printer, etc.) Other Minimum Qualifications: Attention to detail Demonstrated skills in customer service Excellent interpersonal skills – naturally collaborative with a focus on supporting the achievement of team and organizational goals Strong professionalism and work ethics: discretion, confidentiality, reliability, and good judgment Proven ability to successfully manage time and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated track record in self-motivation and achieving results Able to work well both independently as well as part of a team Able to stay focused and work productively in an open work environment DURATION: Permanent
