Answer and act as main point of contact for inbound calls and site visitors.
Manage the flow of information to/from contacts, prospects, companies and appropriate resources.
Greet visitors with friendly demeanour.
Accept and route incoming mail and parcels.
Maintain a clean and professional work area and main lobby.
Maintain common areas (boardroom, interview areas, etc.).
Coordinate with external vendors as required (Fire Protection, merchandise, coffee).
1+ year of related experience
Bilingual with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Valid Secret level Government of Canada security clearance
Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Adept with standard office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, scanner, printer, etc.)
