Plan, organize, and manage the day-to-day IT operations
Develop, maintain, and support functional areas (Service Desk, Incident Management, IT Communications, Vendor Management, and more)
Follow IT standards and processes
University degree in IT, computer science, or related field
10 years experience in IT operations with 5 years in management level position
Expert knowledge of service desk functions
Knowledge of Microsoft software such as Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory
