Lead a team of varying skills and support them in the development of complex applications and custom platforms.
Manage all aspects of development projects including leading the development team, tracking projects, budgeting, scoping, communicating with the stakeholders, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the development made.
Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to the staff, same as providing performance evaluation, performance reviews, conducting one-on-one meetings.
Validate project charters, requirements and business analysis documentation.
3+ Years of experience in software development leadership role with project management.
Post-secondary degree in a related field.
Strong knowledge and experience of software development methodologies, including agile software development methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to effectively estimate and contribute to business and technology solutions.
Great communication and customer service skills, with a strong ability to lead a team and work in a team environment.
