Duties include: Acts as the liaison between IT and the Business.
Gathers and documents user requirements and translating those needs into a functional design as part of a project team.
Leads quality assurance activities, develops and coordinates training program for projects; - functional lead on small to medium projects.
Prepare communication plans.
Performs root cause analysis to identify system issues with software or business process.
The work assigned will be performed in support of initiatives from all business lines of CNL and will be based on the demand for this service.
