Bilingual Operations Coordinator (eng/fr)

RESPONSIBILITIES Staffing, hiring, evaluation and follow-ups Managing productivity Solve HR challenges including questions, minor conflicts and mentoring / coaching Payroll processing support. Respond to administrative emails Complete requests, forms and other documents Support plans for operations, marketing or other projects Organization, delegation and monitoring in the action plan of these projects Facilitate workshops, events and internal training sessions.  QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of experience in managing more than 30 employees Bachelor's degree in business or HR or equivalent (an asset) Bilingual - English / Français Sense of organization and detail, Initiative, Strong sense of analysis Interpersonal skills, respect, benevolence, concern for others Open-mindedness and willingness to evolve as a business professional.  DURATION: Permanent
