Project Manager Cyber Security

RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordination and contribution to the project charting and approval process, as applicable. Coordination of the project team, other departments, external vendors, and regional business groups to successfully deliver the project. Acting as a primary liaison between PDG and project teams and ensuring compliance with the PDG project methodology. Management of project to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Management of all project deliverables including change management activities. Creation and management of an integrated project schedule and project plan for all workstreams in the project. Planning and leadership of steering, project status and team meetings. Preparation of monthly project forecasts, status reports and metrics. Ensuring project deliverables meet the required quality standards and phase exit criteria. Management of project risks, dependencies, and change requests. Facilitation and management of project document reviews. Management of the training and knowledge transfer activities. Coordination of implementation activities and transition to the NAV support teams. Support of internal and external quality and safety audits and contribution to the development and implementation of corrective action plans. Coordination with and reporting to the Program Manager. QUALIFICATIONS: Have 5 to 10 years’ experience with the following: IT Infrastructure including: Cyber Security Technologies, Desktop management, Servers, Storage and Networking. Developing and documenting project plans and detailed project schedules. Working level experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, and Visio. Working in multi-disciplinary teams. Managing vendors. Successfully delivering complex technical projects on time, on budget, within scope and quality. Hold a PMP certification (preferred). Have 5+ years of relevant project management experience. Have the ability to perform tasks according to established standards & procedures, and a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework including waterfall and agile. Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with the client, executive and project team members. Have the ability to propose, document and present approaches and solutions. Have the ability to respond to critical problem situations in a timely and orderly fashion. Have excellent risk and financial management skills. DURATION: 1 year with possible 1 year extension
