Consults with business and platform stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements.
Develop automation governance framework and related artifacts
Bring robotic process automation and DeVSecOps best practices and recommendation options
Create platform processes and standards for the successful delivery of automation and DevSecOps capabilities
Provides technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
May configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements.
May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Responsibilities may include assisting with project communication, project planning and development of documentation for system roll-out.
Additional project tracking tasks throughout the project life cycle as well as quality oversight for deliverables
Liaise with stakeholders, SMEs to define program plans, monitor, report progress and manage risks and issues associated with the automation and DevSecOps platform teams
7+ years of overall experience in actual Business Analysis using traditional and agile methods.
Prior experience should include proven track-record of delivering outcomes in automation projects across people, process, tech/solution, and info.
Comprehensive understanding of DevSecOps and robotic process automation
Experience developing center of excellence governance practices and supporting artifacts
Experience in the development and support of integrated business applications process definition, requirements definition and technology solution research.
