Plan, organize, and direct various aspects of systems testing and analysis
Develop, establish, and enforce quality assurance standards for the IT services
Manage QA team by supporting, directing, and promoting growth opportunities
Take lead and create relationships with business users, analysts, project managers, and developers
Act as point of contact for Quality Assurance
Post secondary degree/diploma in computer science or related field
QA certification considered an asset (ISTQB)
4+ years' experience in overseeing and managing QA teams
Experience with automated testing management (Selenium)
Solid understanding of data administration
Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle methodology
