ANNEX “A” STATEMENT OF WORK Title: (Two) TBIPS A.11 Tester with (Quality Control/Assurance) Services in support various Global Affairs (SIEQ) branch Projects. 1.0 BACKGROUND The Testing Services (SIEQ) at Global Affaires Canada (GAC) provides quality assurance\quality control to IM/IT projects. The primary reason the Department is contracting out for these services is due to the insufficient capacity and availability of expert-level in-house resources. 2.0 THE REQUIREMENT The Gs & Cs Portfolio of projects currently includes the following projects/initiatives: SAP PS upgrades Gs&Cs Application Form & Partners portal Fiduciary Risk (FRET) Invest in Canada Community Initiative (ICCI) Harmonization of Gs&Cs Project Browser 3.0 SCOPE During fiscal year 2020-2021, the Quality Control team is seeking some assistance to perform testing on various project related to Grants and Contribution transformation. In order to achieve this, the Quality Control team would like to provide full time dedicated resources to Grants and Contributions portfolio and requires a maximum of two (2) level 2 Testers under the direction of the GAC Technical Authority and in collaboration with the Test Lead. Testing within an Agile Scrum methodologies. 4.0 TASKS AND DELIVERABLES 4.1 A.11 –TESTERS with (Quality Control/Assurance) – Level 2 TASKS will include but are not limited to the following: 4.1.1 Collaborate with multiple subject matter expert (SME); 4.1.2 Management of walkthroughs and reviews related to testing and implementation readiness; 4.1.3 Write and Execute software test cases against requirements/User Stories; 4.1.4 Find and report defects using GAC tool; 4.1.5 Create and maintain test suites using GAC tool; 4.1.6 Perform system, regression, functional, and exploratory testing; 4.1.7 Develop automation test scenarios; 4.1.8 Participating in status meetings and reporting on testing progress; 4.1.9 Develop, execute and monitor performance, load and stress tests strategies for large scale, complex and integrated applications; 4.1.10 Responsible for analyzing performance requirements; 4.1.11 Develop, executing and maintaining performance test scripts; 4.1.12 Anayze and interpreting the performance test results and performance monitoring tools; 4.1.13 Walkthroughs and reviews related to testing and implementation readiness; 4.1.14 Working with Microsoft Azure DevOPS/Team Foundation Server for testing purposes; Working with Microsoft Test Manager Product. A.11 – TESTERS with (Quality Control/Assurance) – Level 2 DELIVERABLES will include the following: 4.1.15 Conducting Test Plans; 4.1.16 Write Manual or Automated Test cases; 4.1.17 Write Test Summary Reports; 4.1.18 Write Defect Reports; 4.1.19 Test Data; 4.1.20 Install / Configuration guides; 4.1.21 Provide Presentation/Demos, as required; 4.1.22 Write Inputs to Test Plans; 4.1.23 Provide Regular Status Reports; 5.0 Technical Environment Description: Minimum level required AEM: 6.4 or higher HyperText Markup Language (HTML): 5.0 or higher AEM: 6.4 or higher MS Dynamics: 6.4 or higher BPMN 2.0: N/A SAP: N/A IBM Cognos: 11 or higher MS Power BI: N/A Azure DevOPS: Version 2019 or higher MS Teams: Office 365 Unified Modeling Language (UML) Extensible Markup Language (XML): N/A   6.0 TRAVEL 6.1 Travel is not required under the contract.   7.0 LANGUAGE 7.1 All deliverables and support provided by the Contractor to Canada must be in the English language.   8.0 SECURITY 8.1 It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure all Contractor Resources hold the identified required SECRET level of Security Clearance.   9.0 LOCATION OF WORK 9.1 "The work will be performed telework as long as COVID-19 is active." 9.2 "Post covid-19”, The work will be performed at 200 Place du Portage, Gatineau QC.
