Development and coaching of Agile teams including those practicing Scrum and Kanban
Supports leaders and team members to document business outcomes, define team operational objectives and measures of success – enabling data-driven decisions: draw heavily on his/her experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from a variety of sources to create compelling written and verbal communications.
Leading/facilitation of team ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, tracking and reporting – in a team new to Agile and scrum practices. Organize the processes of decomposition and task estimation, finding dependencies with other teams.
Impediment removal and risk identification - facilitates the resolution of impediments raised by the team members; monitors sprint progress to identify potential risks/issues or delays in the completion of work; coordinates cross platform dependencies; escalates issues to appropriate managers and/or leads.
Communication: ensure a transparent communication on the new way of working and progress of Cybersecurity initiatives with groups outside of EIS team and bring transparency to Business and IT around team, risks and solution delivery approaches. Including team development, sprint and release metrics.
3 years experience as a Scrum Master on a software development team
Analytical thinking and problem solving – strong in processes modeling, requirements gathering techniques and benefits analysis.
Expert level knowledge of Agile practices, acting as an advisor and coach of teams and leaders.
Proven experience planning, monitoring and reporting status on projects (using hybrid approaches: traditional and iterative).
