RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organizing meetings, conferences or teleconferences, events.
Making travel arrangements and preparing travel claims.
Contributing to report-writing including reformatting and converting PDF documents.
Management, handling and tracking documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have spent 4 of the last 5 years using administrative technology
Must have spent 3 of the last 5 years providing general administrative support
Must have spent 3 of the last 5 years dealing with clients in an executive’s office
Government Administrative Assistant Experience
Bilingual English and French
Government Reliability Clearance
DURATION:
