Junior Proposal Writer

RESPONSIBILITIES: Review RFP (Request for Proposal) documents Create job posting in CRM Create shells for responses Review candidate profiles and resumes against the requirement matrices to confirm that the consultant matches client requirements Conduct a gap analysis, review selected projects against the technical requirements, identify missing information and prepare questions for consultants to fill in the gaps Communicating with consultants and recruiters to obtain necessary information and update resumes Coordinate the selected resources and help write the proposal Formatting resumes Perform data entry Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years of experience writing proposals for the Federal Government (THS / TBIPS / ProServices) Ability to effectively score and grid candidates Experience using various office automation software, including MS Office Suite (MS Word – advanced, MS Excel – intermediate, MS Outlook/Calendar – Advanced, SharePoint – intermediate) is a MUST Experience using various collaboration tools like Zoom, Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, etc. is an asset Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an asset Be able to put in the extra time when needed Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities Adaptability and readiness to deal with changing priorities Dependability and promptness Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines DURATION: Permanent
