RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide New Business Development for Permanent Hiring
  • Develop a Top Notch candidate Pipeline through Networking events
  • Source Candidates using internal CRM / LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter / Job Boards
  • Permanent placements Recruitment for existing clients across Canada Prepare and Present candidates for their next career opportunity
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5 + years of Previous experience working in the Recruitment industry
  • A solid track record of developing relationships with active and passive candidates through networking / emailing / cold calling
  • Strong understanding of Canadian recruitment market
  • Strong communication skills (Writing / Speaking / Listening)
  • An Entrepreneurial spirit driven to succeed Tremendous organizational skills
