Service Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing a strong bench talent aligned to the company's services strategy and the demand generated by the Pre-Sales team Partner with internal stakeholders to build out service offerings.  Contribute to continuous project quality and delivery improvement by assessing customer satisfaction during the project execution.  Managing and resolving delivery escalations for any customer satisfaction or quality issues related to project execution.  Coordinate projects, review forecasting and billing, identify service opportunities.  QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years in the Technology industry.  5+ years managing teams and responsible for complex projects.  Strong knowledge of IT services project delivery, business strategy and operations.  Ability to work in cross-functional teams and to build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior management.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptability, detail-oriented, solution-focused, business mindset.  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related + PMP Certification. Must be eligible for Federal Government Secret Security Clearance.
