Office 365 Implementation Specialist

Chalk River, ON

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support clients implementation of Microsoft Office 365 file sharing and collaboration technologies across multiple departments: Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, with a clear focus on preparing for, and leading end-users through the deployment of O365 functionalities. This includes:
    • Identifying and reviewing industry best practices
    • Assisting the technical teams in planning the releases of new features
    • Developing plans, training, communications to support the adoption of the features by end users
    • Delivering training, seminars, Q&A sessions to verbally communicate the changes
    • Engaging with end-users to understand their processes and help them adapt their ways of working to leverage the new features. This may include setting up SharePoint and or teams site and designing their look and feel for end users.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 + Years working with Office 365 Implementations
  • Demonstrated track record at successfully leading the adoption of MS Office 365 functionalities
  • Experience leading people through corporate change initiatives
  • Adkar certification an asset
  • Must have Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability clearance


DURATION: 12 Months + Possible Extension
